Pair of 19th century oval-shaped mirrors with ornate, gilded frames.  The frames are designed in a Rococo style, featuring intricate carvings and embellishments.  Each mirror has a highly decorative crest at the top, which includes, central cartouche flanked by scrolls, floral motifs, and acanthus leaves.

The frames are finished in a 22K gold leaf, giving them a luxurious appearance.  The actually glass has a slightly aged appearance from years of exposure to the elements.  These mirrors would make a statement in a traditional or classical-style interior, adding an element of elegance and sophistication the the space.
