Refund policy

All sales are final. Merchandise is sold as-is, and we encourage clients to carefully review dimensions, finishes, and details prior to purchase.

In select circumstances, and solely at Miamar Home’s discretion, an approved return may be considered. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and merchandise must be returned in original condition.

Please note:

Custom orders, made-to-order items, special orders, vintage, antique, and sale merchandise are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Variations in finish, patina, texture, color, and craftsmanship are considered part of the unique character of handmade and antique pieces and are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements and ensuring proper fit and access prior to purchase and delivery.
Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.
