Impressive pair of Italian corner cabinets, circa late 18th century. Each cabinet features a serpentine bowed front with molded cornice, single upper drawer with original bronze ring pull, and a paneled door below with original keyhole escutcheon. Constructed in solid walnut with warm, rich patina developed over centuries. The curved front and molded base show classic Neoclassical influence. Both cabinets retain their original hardware and show beautiful age-appropriate wear and color variation in the wood grain. Perfect as bedside tables, entryway pieces, or flanking a fireplace.
