The form is pure Rococo drama: a voluptuous bombé silhouette with a curvaceous, serpentine front, swelling sides, and elegant cabriole legs terminating in scroll feet. The top, , features exquisite parquetry inlay with a diamond pattern of book-matched walnut veneer, framed by a chamfered edge.
