Pair of large mirrors constructed from a pair of 19th century painted door surrounds.  The mirrors have distressed wooden frames with a weathered, rustic finish, adding to their antique charm.  The natural patina and wear give them a rich, aged character.  The top sections of the mirrors have a decorative cornice with dental molding, a design element associated with classical architecture, adding a  sense of grandeur and elegance.

The mirror panels themselves show significant distressing and oxidation, giving the a heavily "antiqued" appearance.
